- The purpose of the consultation: the ambition of the program is to make this place a qualitative urban space and representative of its status as a family and high -end station with growing attractiveness. The development provides for: - a fine work of the topography to make it pleasantTo live and easy to practice in any season, - Total pedestrianization of the place and the resumption of current coverings with large wooden platforms dedicated to the terraces of northern shops and natural stone on other spaces, - the reclassification of the surroundings of the rink and theIn place of removable railings allowing to take advantage of the entire place in summer and to accommodate various events there, - the creation of a green scene to enhance this equipment, - and the planting of a beautiful alignment of trees and green spaces aimed at
soils and reduce heat islands in summer. All the work will have an impact on the following networks: rainwater (creation of a draining trench under wood decks), CIO, public lighting, and festive lighting (common skill).
