It includes an "Ordinary Market" part and a "Framework Agreement with purchase orders" part. The details of the phasing of the operation appear in the specifications. The estimated amounts are indiand include similar services envisaged. This framework agreement aims to establish the balance of greenhouse gas emissions of the Water Cycle Department. This should make it possible to assess the emissions associated with the activities of the Department in scopes 1, 2 and 3 and to supportr the water cycle department in the implementation of an action plan to reduce emissions, as well as raising awareness among the teams of the Water Cycle Department of the carbon footprint and the achievement of fixed objectives
