- This Consultation Concerns a Framework Agreement with Purchase Orders Relating to Improvement Works, Extension of Public Lighting, Outdoor Sports Facilities, Port Areas and Covered Car Parks in the Toulon Provence Mediterranee Metropolis. For Lot 2 : Uniq Center Sectoruement: In accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the Public Order Code, this Framework Agreement is passed by the order group made up of the Toulon Provence Mediterranee metropolis and the municipality of Toulon. In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 2113-7 of the Public Order Code, the coordinator of the group will be the Metropole T.P.M. The Tender Commission of the Group will be that of the Coordinator. Each Member of the Group Manages the entire execution of its Contract.
