For the lot 2: United Central Sectorment: In accordance with the provisions of articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the public procurement code, this framework agreement is passed by the order group consisting of the Metropole Toulon Provence Mediterranee and the Municipality of Toulon.
In accordance with the provisions of article L.2113-7 of the public procurement code, the coordinator of the group will be Metropole T.P.M. The group's tender committee will be that of the coordinator. Each member of the group manages the full execution of their contract
