- The Clermont-Ferrand Aerospace Industrial Workshop (AIA-CF) is responsible for maintaining and repairing military aircraft and associated equipment. Production is organized into 7 product lines, each corresponding to an aircraft.
The purpose of the contract is to provideions of studies, advice and services in the field of organization and scheduling at the industrial aeronautics workshop in Clermont-Ferrand.
This project is part of the verticalization program for contracts maintenance in operational conditions of the A fleetsAir and Space Army which involves high requirements in terms of availability and control of deadlines. The AIA-CF wishes to assess the opportunity of a possible reorganization of its production units and its support services. At the same time, it is planned to study and optimize theschedules and task schedules for the sites of each product line.
