Description:
RTE would like to have specialized resources in engineering project control and major projects (connection and interconnections) piloted by the Engineering Development Centers as well as the DIIREM entity (PMO profiles from junior to expert) who know how to manage the methods of planning, management ofs costs and risk management.
This contract will operate in 2 stages:
1 Launch of an AO allowing the implementation of the framework agreement
2 Systematic reopening of competition between the 4 holders for each given need, according to the modalities defined in the in the documents of the consultationon
At the end of the closed 3-year period, oxygenation of the panel of incumbents will be carried out via an entry/exit mechanism. Outputs will be determined on the basis of supplier REX. In parallel, inputs (continuous open process in Bravo Solution) will be determined based onof an analysis analogous to this AO. Number of recipients: 4
