Description:
The Radomes and Composites Division (DRC) of the Atelier Industriel de l'Aeronautique de Cuers-Pierrefeu (AIA CP) manufactures and maintains radomes for several types of aircraft.
For the polymerization of the parts produced, the DRC has three autoclaves: two for the "production" partuction" and one for the "laboratory" part.
Each cooking cycle includes a temperature rise phase with pressure and vacuum, a stage, and ends with cooling and venting.
Each of the autoclaves has two cooling circuits:
- one cooling circuitmain unit (180C) to regulate the firing temperature
- a bearing cooling circuit (60c) to cool the rotating parts (fan, mold rotation) and the sealed door.
These three autoclaves are currently connected to a single open outdoor basin intone with a volume of almost 15m3. In order to cool the water in the basin, an air-cooling system is installed above the basin and the circulation of this water in a network of pipes, via pumps, makes it possible to cool the autoclave.
The objective is to replace this installation in order to have un reliable system (reducing the probability of breakdowns), efficient and independent for each autoclave.
This installation must consume as little energy as possible.
