Description: Three different packages will be distributed: package 1 for the attention of 3rd age clubs and associations; Package 2 for residents CCAS hospitals and private retirement homes, package 3 for precarious audiences. The content is detailed in the CCP. These parcels will have to contain dietary products developed in an artisanal way: foie gras block, dish cooked based on duck, treats, all presented in a jute canvas bag. The city of Toulouse will distribute Packages 1, 2 and 3. The cost of the whole must be around 16.00 euros (s) (H.T.). The price of packages will have to include all the costs caused (tacking, delivery costs, costs of transport ..). For the city of Toulouse, a letter from the mayor must be added in each package by the market holder. It will be provided by the Economat service. A bottle of wine must also be added in each package of package 1 by the market holder
