Provision Description: It is expected from the target solution An integrated management of the Functional Perimeter: Centralization IMMEDIATE PAYMENT: Centralizer brick of e-tickets / concentrator of e-tickets / centralization post Payment / access back-office / indicators .For the implementation of the target solution, the associated benefits required are: Management of the implementation project, setting and interoperability interoperability with other applications of the PARKING / Change accompaniment / Preventive and corrective maintenance / Incident Support, Diagnostic Assistance.The detail is described in Annex 1-Technical Annex.The MARKET is concluded in the form of a mixed framework agreement: - Part a purchase orders, with minimum and maximum amount, functional perimeter of base of the solution; - Part a stepped steps, without minimum amount with maximum, additional functional perimeter, and for which a non-exclusive clause is provided for
