Description:
The purpose of this contract is to assess the overall consistency of the 11th intervention program of the Loire-Bretagne water agency and its coastal component. It is about: - Questioning the fundamentals of the 11th intervention program: a program built around 2 priority issues, aIncentive, Selective, Readable, Simple And Territorialized Program; - Assess whether these fundamentals have been achieved and identify the margins for improvement that exist; - Realize a Focus on the "Coastal" Transversal Issue of the Program. Following the evaluation, it may be ordered a MMission of Support to Agency Services for the Implementation of Recommendations Resulting from the Evaluation.
