Description: The Community of Agglomeration of Longwy exercises the skill drinking water throughout its territory since 1.1.2020. This consultation concerns only the benefit on the perimeter where the community exercised the skill drinking water historically:

- pumping and transporting gross water from the production sites of Montmédy, Rehydler and Moulaine;
- treatment and potability of water;
- Distribution and supply to users.
Users are the adhering communities that before the change of competence had the distribution of drinking water distribution on their territory and industrialists. Three optional tranches are also planned for:

- issue of subscribed invoices;
- replacement of supervision and controller;
- Replacement of remote management.
