- This consultation will allow SIARE to: - In a first phase, to select service providers likely to meet its needs in terms of sanitation work (wastewater and rainwater) over the next four (4) years; - Then, once the beneficiaries of the framework agreement have been designated, to put them in competition for the award of contracts making it possible to meet the needs of the Union, as they appear (subsequent contracts), under the conditions provided for in the Specifications of Special Administrative Clauses (CCAP).
