The framework agreement is divided into 2 lots as follows:

Lot 1 "School affairs":
this mono-attribute framework agreement, passed with a (1) holder for lot 1 is intended to define the terms governing the purchase orders which will be made on the basis of the framework agreement during the periodvalidity of this Agreement to meet the needs of the community in the field of transport to sports and cultural sites.

This is a framework agreement with mono-attribute order form without minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 175,000.00 euros excluding tax per year.

Lot 2 "Businessextracurricular, extra-curricular and early childhood ":
this multi-attribute framework agreement, passed with three (3) holders for lot n 2 (subject to a sufficient number of offers), aims to define the terms governing the so-called" subsequent "markets which will be placed on the basis ofThe framework agreement during the validity period of this agreement to meet the needs of the community in the field of extracurricular and early childhood transport as part of Wednesdays, small and long holidays.

This is a framework agreement with subsequent multi-attribute marketsWithout minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 50,000.00 euros excl. Tax per year.
