Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide INRAE agents duly authorized with purchase cards and corporate cards. It is broken down into 2 lots: - Lot 1 - Purchase card: The purchase card is intended for the payment of certain current expenses necessary for the operation of the INRAE units. These Expenses are linked to purchasing proximity supplies (current workshop supplies, etc.) and certain purchases made on French and foreign secure websites (registration for conferences, publication costs, software update, etc.). The purchasing card is backed by account of the establishment. - Lot 2 - Corporate card: the corporate card is intended for the payment of the costs incurred by agents during their professional trips (restaurant, taxi, etc.) in France and abroad. The withdrawal of cash is authorized. The business card is backed by the account carrier staff and with delayed flow. - The annual estimated amount for purchase cards is 5,300,000 euros including tax, a total of 12,200,000 euros including tax. - The annual estimated amount for corporate cards is 600,000 euros including tax, a total of 2,400,000 euros including tax on the duration of the framework agreement. The maximum amounts on the total duration of the market are: - 36,600,000 euros including tax for purchasing cards, - 7,200,000 euros including tax for cards corporate.
