- This International Public Call for tenders, referenced 2025AO37, is launched by the Europe Council - European Directorate for the Quality of the Medicines & Health Care (EDQM). He relates to the dismantling of the Kardex tower located at 7 Allee Kastner, 67000 Strasbourg.
The market is divided into several Lots, of which only lots 1 - Metallerie and lot 5 - Dynamic shelves are subject to this consultation. The other lots will be treated as part of existing framework contracts.
Each batch will be awarded to a single candidate. Tenderers can respond to one or more lots, but must Provide a separate technical and financial offer for everyone.
A mandatory prior visit is scheduled for lot 1:

Supply and installation of shelving Mobiles with manual maneuver, for a storage capacity of approximately 1,300 linear meters
2025AO37 - Lot 01- Metallerie and disassembly
Removal and evacuation of the existing vertical archiving tower, installation of a provisional railing, then replacement by an openwork metal sheet.
