The framework agreement will be executed by the emission of purchase orders.

This consultation concerns the services printing of communication media. The Seine Normandie Agglomeration (SNA) agglomeration community (SNA), the Community Tourist Office, the SNA CIAS, the City of Vernon and the CCAS de Vernon publish information and communication documents for the population each year.
