Call for applications as part of a project management competition with design on sketch, therefore the procedure used is a formal procedure with negotiation. The purpose of the project management mission is to restructure and extension of the Cadastre hotel in a poleCultural with a multidisciplinary vocation integrating a media library, a conservatory of music and dance, spaces of conviviality, offices and shared multifunction spaces. Single market - Complete project management mission - Basic mission: ESQ, APS, APD, PC/PDEMOL, PRO, DCE,ACT, VISA, DET, AOR - Additional missions: SSI, EST, OPC - Missions in PSE: SIGE Indicative amount of the financial envelope Works: 6,300,000 Euro (s) HT for all works, including outdoor spaces. The services are paid by flat prices. Main nature: Intellectual service Type of procedure: Restricted competition. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2125-1 2 and R. 2162-15 to R. 2162-26 of the public procurement code. Each file will be written in French. The choice will be made in two phases: 1.
