Description:
Call for candidates as part of a project management competition with design on sketch, therefore the procedure used is a formalized procedure with negotiation.
The project management mission is to restructure and extension of the Cadastre hotel in a poleCultural with a multidisciplinary vocation integrating a media library, a conservatory of music and dance, spaces of conviviality, offices and shared multifunction spaces.
Single market - Complete project management mission
- Basic mission: ESQ, APS, APS, PC/PDEMOL, Pro, DCE, DCE, DCEAct, visa, det, aor
- Complementary missions: SSI, quant, OPC
- Missions in PSE: SIG
Indicative amount of the financial envelope Works: 6,300,000 Euro (s) excl.: Intellectual service
Type of procedure: Restricted competition. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2125-1 2 and R. 2162-15 to R. 2162-26 of the public procurement code.
Each file will be written in French.
The choice will be made in two phases:
1. Call for candidates forSelection of 3 candidates on the basis of the application file (see documents expected and selection criteria below)
2. Delivery of an offer on ESQ by the candidates selected to choose a winner
for the 3 teams selected after the 1st phase.
