- The services are paid by unit and lump sum prices. The duration of the contract is 24 months. The Boutardes district is located south-east of the town and is one of the priority districts of city policy. It includes 383 collective dwellings and accommodates 851 inhabitants.In the years 2007-2008, the district was equipped with 36 buried voluntary contribution points (PAVE) for household waste and recyclable waste spread over 9 sites. The electrical and hydraulic mechanisms of the paves were very sensitive and dysfunctioned. Several repairs havebeen made, but it turns out that the system implemented is not reliable. Maintenance costs have become significant. In addition, spare parts are no longer produced. Although the columns are condemned, the inhabitants continued to deposit their waste in the pave, causingImportant problems of unsanitary conditions and the proliferation of rats. Today there is no product suitable for current tanks. It was therefore decided to remove the principle of buried columns. The tanks were filled with sand and the openings closed by deactivated concrete (identicalto the existing surface material of the site). The containers of 660l will be stored in object shelters of this consultation
