This market consists of realization of a mission of assistance to the finalization of the transfer of economic competence within the framework of the NOTRe law, of an inter -municipal economic strategy study on the scale of the SUD SAINT BAUME (CASSB) community as well as assistance in the management of the most Large activity park of the Cassb territory.
Cassb have been the subject of a fact transfer but without real control of the implications for the EPCI or the subject of transfer of charges or of properties. Cassb is therefore eager, in 1st place, to know the extent of its skills and obligations that the NOTR law induced within the framework of its economic development competence.
