- Reims Habitat projects on this site the construction of approximately 14 collective and individual dwellings in social rental, after the deconstruction of existing buildings (object of another market in progress).
This new construction program concerns a grip located at 31 rue Estienne Orves.
This program is part of the resilient heritage process of Reims Habitat.
The operation aims at the BEE+ label issued by the organization Prestaterre (cf Referential of Labelization in the appendix). The MOE group must ensure that the project meets the criteria for obtaining this Labelization.
The RE 2020, Threshold 2025 is to date effective. This exemplary operation will aim at the 2028 threshold of the energy and construction IC, and a CEPNR -10%, subject of the Certification.
The project management team is asked, to show creativity and innovation on the environmental and ecological aspect of this operation. Special attention must however be paid to optimization and control of the maximum forecast cost of works, as well as the reduction in the period of realization of the works. Indeed, the rental prices of social housing being supervised, we have no room for financial maneuver on this project, and therefore draw your attention to this essential point.
