Description:
The purpose of this market is to:
- entrust to a service company the supply and installation of wallpapers, paintings and
soil coverings in the private or common parts of buildings belonging
at Reims Habitat.
- Define the conditions according to which they are executed.
The framework of this market is to ensure quality of service during embellishments
(on order or work orders) includes:
o Rehabilitation work following a change of tenant.
o The rehabilitation works following a disaster.
o Maintenance work (restoration in mode preventive) following quote and recommendation.
o The processing of upcoming sales files (occupied or empty accommodation).
All of these maintenance works are carried out on work goods / order orders.
As such, it is expected of the provider that he plays his advice role.
The framework agreement will be executed by the emission of purchase orders and or work.
Each batch will be the subject of a separate attribution.
The services are paid by unit prices.
The estimated amounts are indicative and include all of the renewal periods
