Description:
The municipality wishes to register in a sustainable development approach via its responsibility for collective catering and its educational impact of awareness of students. As such and consistent with the national ambitions of the Egalim law (law n 2018-938 of October 30, 2018,Decree n 2019-351 of April 23, 2019) and of the law law climate and resilience n 2021-1104 of August 22, 2021, it collaborates with other municipalities of the territory, and a pro Bio, to improve the traceability and the nutritional quality of meals. Food quality is often summarized for sanitary quality.However, the quality of a food obviously results from its sanitary quality but also from its taste, its texture, the pleasure it provides, its mode of production, its history, its environment? Wishing to register in a more responsible quality diet, several issues such asthat the modes of production and marketing respectful of the environment and men have emerged, concerning the choice of food for the making of meals by the service provider: - Encourage the introduction of sustainable products as specified within the framework of the Egalim law; -Favor products from organic farming; - Promote short distribution circuits; -Preferentially use products of Hauts-de-France and seasonal products (for organic andconventional).
