- 2025-14ca Realization of asbestos/hap/lead diagnostics on buildings and roads and sanitation pipes of the Sparnacian and community territory This is a framework agreement with order form allowing: for the building:-The realization of asbestos diagnostics before work orBefore demolition - The realization of asbestos technical files or its update - the realization of lead diagnostics before work or before demolition, - the realization of lead diagnostics after work for roads and pipes: the realization of diagnosis to determine the presenceOr the absence of asbestos, to check the concentration rate in HAP and to classify materials as hazardous or inert waste. Diagnosis to determine the presence or absence of asbestos in sanitation pipes. A group composed of EpernayAgglo Champagne, the city of Epernay and the Epernay CCAS was formed for the award of this framework agreement. The Epernay Agglo Champagne agglomeration community is appointed as coordinator of the order group. The framework agreement with maximum has entered into application of articlesL2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. It will give rise to the emission of purchase orders. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of one (1) year.
