- The implementation of the GTC of two tertiary buildings (D1 and D2) dates from 2007 and that of Building J of 2013. Certain equipment has signs of obsolescence and generate maintenance difficulties. In addition, it only treats certain buildings and does not allow to integrateNew equipment according to the work carried out on the site. Consequently, in order to analyze, follow energy consumption and be able to optimize it for all the installations of the southwest SGAMI site, it is necessary to modernize the existing GTC. Also, these works will allowto comply with the Decree Bacs imposing on the managers of tertiary buildings of more than 5,000 m2 the implementation of GTB systems before April 302026.
