The framework agreement will be executed by the emission of purchase orders.
Each batch will be the subject of a separate allocation.
The services are paid by unit prices.
This market is to provide adult and children's orthoprotheses, divided into 2 lots.
The framework agreement is without minimumAnd with maximum for each batch for the total duration of the contract: either for lot 01 of 1,000,000.00 euros excluding tax and for lot 02 of 250,000.00euros ht.
This supply of orthoprothisses is accompanied by services (support for moldings, measures for the realization of devices, deliveryof the latter and installation on patients, monitoring and adaptations) defined in the technical and specific clauses notebook (CCTP).
The market is intended for the products designated in the LPPR (list of reimbursable products and services) in its title II and chapter 7: Orthoprotheses.
