Description:
the consultation concerns the rehabilitation work on the kindergarten at the Jules Simon school and the construction of a new school restaurant which will begin at the end of 2023 with delivery of the work estimated at the end of 2025 (for information only). This consultation is broken down into 21 batches. EachThis lot will lead to the conclusion of an ordinary contract. Several lots can be awarded to the same candidate. The contract includes obligations in terms of social integration for lots 1; 2; 3; 4; 6; 8; 11; 13; 14; 18 and 19.For lots 4; 9; 14 and 16, the candidate must submitsamples in support of its offer under the conditions set out in the Consultation Regulations (Rc). The time limit for execution of the services is set at 24 months from the service order for the start of the work. The contract provides for a preparation period of 1 month from an order ofservice. This time is not included in the execution time
