- the Epernay Agglo Champagne water authority wishes to renew the activated carbon in grain form in 6 filters at the Belle Noue station. The candidate must plan for the removal of the used carbon and its destruction or sending to a sector allowing its regeneration. The installation of new coal will have totake into account the operating conditions, that is to say a maximum of two filters stopped simultaneously. The proposed carbon must be able to capture the pesticides currently trapped as well as chloridazone and its metabolites, and chlorotalonil and the metabolite R471811, while takingt takes into account the physico-chemical parameters of the raw water to be treated. The duration of the contract is 3 months. The execution of the services begins from the notification of the contract
