- The Contract Covers the Following Services: Relaunch of Work to Secure Access to Colleges 'Portals - Automation' The Departmental Council Published on July 4, 2023, a First Consultation Entitled '2023-191-Dpi: Work to Secure Access to Colleges' With a Deadlinee Submission of Offers set for July 25, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. With regard to Lots 1, 2, 3 and 5, only one offer was received on each lot but these were considered irregular. It was therefore decided to relaunch these 4 lots on the basis of identical specifications. Regarding the Lot 4, Two Offers Were Received. These were compliant with the Cctp. However, during the analysis an error was noted in the CCTP at the level of the suction cup systems (automations) of the gate. It was therefore decided to declare this batch without further action and to relaunch it on the basis of a notebook ofModified Charges.The Work Consists Of Equipping The Colleges With New Gates, Depending On Cases, And Remote Controlled Devices.The Proposed Mechanisms Must Meet Intensive Use.The Proposed Equipment And Materials Must Be Resistant To Acts Of Vandalism.The Work Will Take PlaceOn Erp Occupied Site. The Overall Work Time Is 105 Calendar Days (Excluding Preparation Period).-.
