This consultation concerns the painting of public lighting masts and equipment in the town of Epernay. To R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Order Code. He will givePlace At The Issuance Of Purchase Orders. - Minimum Annual Amount: 15,000 Euros excl. VAT, - Maximum Annual Amount: 60,000 Euros excl. The Amounts Will Be Identical For Each Renewal Period. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of 1 Year. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded As Of 1st Mars 2023 Or, Failing That, On Its Notification Date If This Occurs After This Date. The Framework Agreement Is Tacitly Renewed Until Its Term. The Number Of Renewal Periods Is Set At 3. The Duration Of Each Renewal Period Is 1 Year. The Maximum Duration Of The Contract, All Periodss Combined, Is 4 Years.
