- The services relate to the provision of maintenance equipment of the premises, as well as the consumables and spare parts linked to these devices (HEPA vacuum cleaner, back vacuum cleaner, monobrosse, bi-speed monobrosse, self-controced cable, self-operated car, high pressure cleaner and high pressure cleaner and carpet extractor injector) with recovery of obsolete equipment. This consultation concerns the revival of the previous market declared without continuation for general interest by decision n D2025-0041 due to a criterion of allocation relating to the repairability index, not applicable to the targeted professional equipment, having the effect of making the analysis of the offers impossible. An order group was formed between the city of Troyes, Troyes Champagne Metropole and the CMAS de Troyes, in accordance with the provisions of articles L.2113-6 and L.2113-7 of the order code Public. The city of Troyes performs the functions of coordinator of the group. Each member of the group, as far as he is concerned, will execute the framework agreement in his own name. Decomposed into 3 lots: lot n 1: acquisition of maintenance equipment for the needs of the city of Troyes. Lot n 2: Acquisition of maintenance materials for the needs of the CMAS de Troyes. Lot n 3: Acquisition of maintenance equipment for the needs of Troyes Champagne Metropole.
